This RCFE Initial Certification Training Program meets California DSS training requirements and prepares you to pass the state exam. Courses include client care, medications, staffing, clinical needs, management and regulations.

DSP 1 Course

 A competency-based training program that is mandatory for all direct support staff and administrators working in licensed community care facilities. Also certifies for handling of  medication. 

DSP 2 Course

The Direct Support Professional 2 (DSP 2) Training is based upon core competencies or skills necessary for satisfactory  performance when working, owning and operating a licensed community care facility.
